Simply bring your Insurance Card to your appointment & Swipe it with us at the Terminal. Your Rebate is applied instantly and then you’ll only have the balance leftover that your insurance didn’t cover!

Online or After an Appointment

We send out receipts after each massage. All you’ll need to do is wait ~15 Minutes for the email from us & screenshot or download your Receipt Email. Then you can send it to your Insurance Provider via their App or Claim System.

How much is my Rebate?
Unfortunately we cannot tell you how much it would be, you can find out how much you will receive back in your insurance policy details.

Can I claim Insurance on Relaxation Massage?
No, we can only provide insurance claiming abilities to Remedial Massage or sessions with Remedial Massage Foundations.

Can I Claim more than once in a week?
Yes, you can claim until your limit is reached as per your insurance policy.

I’m having trouble claiming online with the receipt, what do I do?
Please reach out to us and we will fix the problem for you.

What if I forget my card when I wanted to claim in person?
No worries! We just send a receipt to you to claim afterwards.
