Booking FAQ

  • CloudForm has an easy to use online booking system. You just need to click any of the booking buttons located on the website or the above scheduler to start. You pick the session, time, location and tailor everything to your preferences.

  • To claim Instant Insurance Rebates, you just need to present your Insurance Card at the time of payment in person.

    If you pay online prior to your appointment, you just need to send your session receipt through to your health fund to get a rebate.

  • We require a Valid Credit or Debit Card to secure a booking. Your card is encrypted & 100% Safe. It’s akin to when you book a hotel or reserve event tickets etc.

  • After booking, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your appointment.

    Simply click the reschedule or cancel button within this email to instantly alter your session.

    Please be mindful of last minute cancelling as you may need to phone to cancel.

  • To Buy a GiftCard for a loved one, you can either purchase a Digital Gift Voucher through the website or Purchase a physical gift card in person.

    To use a Gift Card that was given to you, all you need to do is book a gift certificate session in. If you have a physical voucher, bring it with you.

  • Nothing. Our Session Forms are Part of the Booking Process!

    We also send out a Before & After Guide several hours before your appointment.

  • Absolutely, you just need to use a card to reserve a time, but you do not have to pay online at the time of booking if this is more convenient for you.
